Other things to note
Beach Access: The beach is just a short walk away via the deeded public beach access across Perdido Beach Boulevard. Please use designated crosswalks when crossing the road.
Parking: Parking is available for registered guests only. Parking passes must be displayed at all times to avoid towing or fines.
No Trailers or Watercraft: The Romar Lakes HOA does not allow trailers, RVs, boats, jet skis, or other watercraft to be parked on the property.
Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of neighboring residents and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the condo or on the balcony.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted unless otherwise approved by the HOA or required by applicable law.
Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and toiletries. Guests should plan to purchase additional supplies for extended stays.
Free Wi-Fi: Complimentary high-speed internet is available throughout the condo.
Self Check-In: Enjoy convenient keyless entry with a personalized access code provided prior to arrival.
