Pets Not Allowed PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. The balance including taxes and any other applicable fees is due 90 days prior to your arrival date. MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Better than expected.
Let's start with the basics. More details deeper in thread. Arrived late, 11pm. Assigned parking spot was occupied. Parked in next available spot. Door code and directions were perfect. Room clean, cozy. No blood, mold, bugs, smoke or mildew. Sheets clean and crisp. Towels smell good. Bathroom larger than pictures allude. Shower is great. Plenty of closet space. Unit 113 has full kitchen. (More on that in detailed review) Studio unit, so no bedroom. Seating area at foot of bed to watch unit works great. Patio is fantastic. Birds, flowers, shade, ocean air. NO OCEAN VIEW. But...pool area is conveniently close and it's wonderful. Wide open views, crashing waves, nearly private. Includes covered BBQ area, picnic tables, prep area with sink. Worth the money just for the pool access. DETAILS: Kitchen is well stocked with quality pots and pans, silver, cups, plates, bowls, wooden spoons, spatula, potato peeler microwave, toaster, kurig, full size fridge. Even had salt, pepper, trash bags, ziplocks. In short, groceries away from cooking. Even the knives are decent. Counterspace is TINY, but the oversized sink helps a lot. I mentioned a problem with parking. Got in a kerfuffle with a resident. Parking is a THING. I called property manage, they assigned a different spot, problem solved. We had exactly one bug issue. Big ol island roach ran across my wife's foot...she shrieked loud enough for the whales to hear! Hysterical!Coming to investigate our trash. I introduced him to 'El Flip-a-Flop' bug problem solved. I recommend taking trash out daily if your cooking a lot. (I cooked daily) Tha patio is a gem. While it looks at a parking lot, it is still wonderful. The air smells amazing and we took our coffee and most meals outside. Property management is excellent. They were prompt with receipt of payment, directions, fixed parking issue. Responded within minutes. Unit minutes from town and farmers market. Worth every penny. Highly"
