Pets Not Allowed PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. The balance including taxes and any other applicable fees is due 90 days prior to your arrival date. MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"228 Kona
the location is great, quiet and walking friendly.Hard to get the air conditioner set to a low fan speed for sleeping. Parking is an issue not alot of spots. Dissapointed with check in as we were unable to get parking permit or pool pass until following day. Equipment provided was not useful, 2 of 3 beach chairs broken and the snorkeling gear was useliess. Understand the property was in a transition however it would seem that there would be more attention to details. Enjoyed Lava Java, Fish hopper, as it was close. "
