Pets Not Allowed PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. The balance including taxes and any other applicable fees is due 90 days prior to your arrival date. MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Fantastic stay
My rental experience was flawless. The unit was well laid out and well maintained. It was perfect for my family of four. I appreciated that the unit had everything we needed for our Hawaiian vacation - a well stocked kitchen that allowed us to cook, and plenty of towels, bedding, and pillows so that everyone was comfortable. We were able to enjoy the pools and nearby beaches and come back and know that we had everything we needed to settle back in quickly and easily. A beautiful unit that allowed us to enjoy our trip! We look forward to coming back and booking again. "

"Great space
The rental is comfortable for the most part. A little dated and in need of TLC which normally we don't really mind too much but we had to spend quite a bit of time in the unit due to the back to back Kona lows that rolled through during our time there. The bed is comfortable, the ACs work great and were needed this time as there wasn't much of a breeze coming through like in other units on the property. In any case, we had an issue with the living room tv which we reported, they sent someone, and that someone said "it'll need to be replaced...eventually, in the meantime just use the bedroom tv". So we moved it out to the living room and got it all hooked up. Watched more tv on this trip than we ever have on any Hawaii trip, LOL! It rained a lot. Communication was easy and responsive. The property is great. It's our third time staying at Kona Isle and we really enjoy the pool and the bbq/grill area. Last morning in unit I went to the bathroom and noticed a shadow moving on the wall...reached over to turn on the light (it was dark, was using my phone as light) and lo and behold there was a huge cane spider climbing up into the corner of the ceiling. Mind you this was 4:30a and I screamed like a little girl, LOL! My hubs jumped up out of a dead sleep and grabbed broom and dustpan and managed to chase it through the unit until he caught it and put it outside, it lived. But it was an eventful morning for me...I'm not a huge spider fan but understand they like to come in from outside when it's raining heavy. At least they do at our house in Alaska, they just aren't that big in Alaska, LOL!"
