Sea Turtle Suite, unit 403 is located on the 4th floor at Maunaloa Shores oceanfront condo in Hilo, Hawaii. The screened-in lanai brings a nice sea breeze from the Pacific Ocean into the condo. Looking down on the lush green jungle see the path leading to the water's edge. This is the best location to experience the calm beaches on the Hilo side of Hawaii Island. The lava rocks and reefs keep the waves low to enjoy swimming and snorkeling in the area. Sea Turtle Suite has two bedrooms and one bathroom and sleeps up to 3 guests. The oceanside bedroom has a Queen sized bed. The second bedroom has a sofa futon which folds down into a Full sized bed. The bathroom is between the two bedrooms and has a full bathtub with shower, toilet and one sink. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking appliances, range, oven, a full sized refrigerator, and dishes. The living room has a flat screen TV for streaming and free WiFi internet. Maunaloa Shores condo is in the Keaukaha area of Hilo where there are several beaches within a few miles. There is one parking space included in your reservation. 6. CANCELLATION POLICY (not applicable to Hale Kai Suites. See section f, below): To offer you the best services possible, we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. Guest shall inform Agent in writing of Guest’s intention to cancel the reservation. (For reservations made through third parties, additional cancellation policies may apply.) The cancellation policy is as follows:
a. If Cancellation notice is received thirty or more days (30+) prior to the check-in date, a cancellation fee of $75.00 will be retained and the balance will be refunded within 7 days from receipt of written cancellation.
b. If Cancellation notice is received less than thirty days but at least fifteen days (15-29) prior to the check-in date, fifty percent (50%) of the booking amount of rent and taxes will be forfeited. Half of the rent, tax, security deposit or damage waiver and any pre-collected cleaning fees will be refunded within 7 days from receipt of written cancellation.
c. NO REFUNDS if cancelled within 14 days of arrival (0 – 14). As a courtesy to our Guest, if Agent can rebook any portion of the canceled reservation, Guest will be refunded to the extent that Agent is able to re-book the Property.
d. This loss can be avoided if Travel Protection Insurance was purchased and the reason for cancelation is covered under the travel insurance policy. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing.
e. Owner/Agent Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that the Property becomes unavailable for any part of the tenancy for reasons beyond the control of the Agent, including but not limited to the sale of the property, Owner and/or Agent may cancel this Agreement and refund in full to the Guest all payments made. Agent will assist in procuring similar alternative accommodation should this situation arise. Guest agrees that any claims against Owner/Agent arising out of performance or
non-performance under this agreement shall be limited to a full refund of all consideration previously tendered by Guest.
f. Hale Kai Suites Cancellation Policy: The guest may cancel free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. No $75 cancellation fee charged on Hale Kai Suites cancellations.
