The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, and plenty of cooking implements. You can choose to either have your meals inside or out, with two complete dining table sets. There's also a stackable washer/dryer conveniently located right in the unit. Ample closets inside and a dedicated storage unit outside provide lots of space for all your personal items. Besides the swimming pool, Keauhou Palena has a workout room with Bowflex, elliptical, stationary bike, and a collection of free weights just up the sidewalk. The resident manager and full-time maintenance staff keep the community safe and well-manicured. **All guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Property Management in addition to purchasing a Damage Protection Plan or providing a Security Deposit if they stay at this property. PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. The balance including taxes and any other applicable fees is due 90 days prior to your arrival date.

MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.
