PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. The balance including taxes and any other applicable fees is due 90 days prior to your arrival date.
MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Wonderfully stocked condo in great area!
My daughter and I stayed a week here for vacation and it was a very well appointed condo. Had everything we needed and was squeaky clean. Mervlyn was excellent to work with and answered any questions we had and gave perfect local feedback and options for things to do. there is a store right around the corner and a great complex pool to hang out at also. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!"

"Great location to avoid potential tsunami
Great spacious rental for up to 4 people.Located up hill from Mauna Loa resort it avoids potential hassle with tsunamis.
There is one room with air conditioner, but during night it is not needed due to breeze from the volcano above."
