Fully remodeled throughout, Air Conditioning in unit. This amenity is an additional $25.00 per night. This charge is automatically added to your bill upon booking. If you would prefer to not have AC please inform a written request to have this amenity and charge removed from your bill. Queen Sized Bed in the Master Bedroom, & Queen Sized Bed in the Second Bedroom! Beach gear available for guests to use! The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club is a gated community of condominiums. There are three professional style tennis courts with night lighting. The large, remodeled swimming pool is ideal for “laps” and also for small children water activities. Showers and restrooms are conveniently located in the large pavilion near the swimming pool and tennis courts. One of the most interesting features of the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club are the numerous archaeological sites. These preserved areas provide a glimpse of Hawaiian life years ago. Each site has a posted description of the activities that took place years and years ago. The Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club has many gardens and walking trails. ONE GOES DIRECTLY TO A BEACH!! Flowers and tropical foliage are abundant. There are several outdoor barbecue areas for guests to go to. TA#-01 STVR#2022-000247 **All guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Property Management in addition to purchasing a Damage Protection Plan or providing a Security Deposit if they stay at this property. MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

Resort has pool, BBQ, tennis and pickleball courts. #48 was very clean, and we were comfortable. Knutson and Associates were easy to deal with, efficient and professional. Little details like having the lights turned on for our arrival and a small package of coffee, tea and milk for the morning were appreciated. Would definitely book here again." A few issues included a sliding glass door that perhaps needs adjustment. It didn’t slide or lock well.
