PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. The balance including taxes and any other applicable fees is due 90 days prior to your arrival date.
MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

Our stay was amazing! The unit was fully stocked with all the kitchen gadgets (coffee maker, bean grinder, ice maker, etc.) and vacation toys (boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, etc.) you would ever need. We loved eating our meals on the lanai overlooking the ocean."

"Relaxing Stay
We loved sitting on the lanai and watching the ocean waves break on shore. We had everything we needed in the condo--great kitchen, comfortable bed, beautiful view, good TV to watch tennis and football, quiet neighbors, great location, etc. "

"Lovely Ocean Front Condo
We enjoyed our 10 night stay in SV 4-206 very much. The property managers had a nice welcome bag waiting on the counter for us and they provided all the needed information well before our arrival. The condo is cheerily decorated and the Hawaiian art on the walls is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked, the bed is comfortable, and you can't beat the pounding surf right outside your lanai! The only negatives: 1) the lanai furniture was surprisingly uncomfortable (maybe because the cushion can't mask the iron chair below?) and the people in the condo above ours sounded like a herd of elephants the last 2 days we were there! These 2 negatives would not stop us from recommending this condo though and we would love to stay here again in the future."

"Decent location
I would encourage anyone dealing with Knutson to be prepared to bring your own supplies. They give you a 'starter kit' but you are on your own after things run out (including basics like toilet paper).
Try to deal with Shyya if you can. She is nice and understanding and will help you. There is a male in the office that was unpleasant. He had a computer problem and seemed to think it was my fault he could not process a payment. "
