**All guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Property Management in addition to purchasing a Damage Protection Plan or providing a Security Deposit if they stay at this property. Inquire within for specific details**
**All Reservation Requests greater than 12 months in Advance MUST be approved in advance by the BIC.
There is no Elevators at this complex. This unit is on the top floor, which is the 3rd Floor.

Pets Not Allowed PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. The balance including taxes and any other applicable fees is due 90 days prior to your arrival date. MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Overall a great place
Got a warning sticker permanently affixed to my windshield because I forgot my parking pass then one affixed to my door because I left my shorts hanging on the rail of the balcony I think that person is taking the job a little too seriously, water was not working for a short time in the front desk starts way too late overall charming place and I would stay there again"
