CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

The bed was quite comfortable, and I was happy to be able to choose from a selection of pillows of various thickness and firmness for just the right one. I made good use of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare many meals. Having a filtering water pitcher in the fridge was a nice touch so I didn't need to buy a bunch of plastic bottles of water. The surface of the coffee table raises and extends--very handy for the few times when I needed to jump on my laptop. Hope to stay here again during future visits." My husband and I both struggled to get comfortable to sleep in the bed. Mattress felt a bit worn. Unit kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Beach towels were very nice plush towels. Beach chairs are small and rusted; however there was a nice cooler and snorkel gear, umbrella, pool noodle available. It is located perfectly. It was quite even at night even with nightlife 1/4-1/2 mile up the road. Easy walk to shops and restaurants.
