There is no Washer/Dryer inside the unit, but this amenity is available at the Development, on the 1st Floor for Coin Operated Laundry Use.
Kailua Village is a very secure building with keys required to access the elevators. You will also have an assigned parking space. There is a pool and barbecue area, perfect for relaxation time.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. The balance including taxes and any other applicable fees is due 90 days prior to your arrival date.
MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"�� A little slice of paradise!
I stayed at Kailua Village #705 in Kona and was blown away by the amazing view, sunsets over the ocean were magical. The location was close to great restaurants, and shops, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend to anyone wanting the full Big Island experience!"

"Everything you need and more!
We had an amazing time at this Village condo. It has an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean and pier and beautiful sunsets. It has 2 bedrooms and then our son slept on the sofa bed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils, even a cheese grater. I was also thankful that they had spices to use. When on vacation and you just need a little bit of basil you don't want to have to buy a whole thing of all the spices. It was very close to the pier and some pop up markets, and some restaurants. The property management made sure that we had everything that we needed. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again if we ever returned. "

"Beautiful condo, beautiful views
This condo was great. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. Parking space is right by entrance and numbered so always there for us. Location was convenient and view was amazing."
