PAYMENT METHODS: Payment is only accepted in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, and American Express credit cards.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A $300.00 USD Down Payment, applied toward the total balance, is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. For Daily Rentals, the balance payment is due 45 days prior to Check-In. For Monthly Rentals, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to Check-In. This balance payment will be automatically charged according to this schedule to the credit card placed on file at the time of booking, unless other arrangements have been approved by CCR prior to the balance due date.

For Daily Rental reservations made within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations made within 60 days of Check-In, payment in full is required at the time of booking, and the Cancellation Policy, as stated below, will apply.

CHANGING RESERVATION DATES: If you need to change reservation dates, we will do our best to help make the requested change, subject to prior reservations. Date changes are not possible after the balance payment is due, other than extensions to the existing reservation dates. Any "date change" requested after the balance payment is due shall be considered a Cancellation of the original stay dates.

CANCELLATIONS: A cancellation becomes effective from the date that it is received in writing, by e-mail or fax.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled more than 45 days prior to Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to Check-In, there is a $100.00 USD Cancellation Fee. Your Down Payment will be refunded less this fee.

For Daily Rental reservations cancelled within 45 days of Check-In, and Monthly Rental reservations cancelled within 60 days of Check-In, there will be no refund unless we are able to re-rent the property for some or all of the time you committed to and refunds may be less than the actual revenue paid. Was very loud, we actually checked out next day & went to a hotel. Hist was horrible yo deal with, would not legend our money. Probably one of the worst experiences ever! Would not recommend, nor will I ever rent something on VRBO. No help there either, called almost immediately after checking in with ALL the issues & apparently my call was NOT documented! The area is busy with just about anything you could want or need in walking distance. There are not any views but who goes to the beach and sits inside? There is also beach gear in front room to use which was nice to have on hand. The unit itself was adequate for four adults. Beds were comfortable. As stated by previous guests the back bed room is rather warm as it does not have a dedicated AC unit. Thankfully they provided a box fan we set up in the hallway to pull the cooler air through. Keeping all the binds closed also helped. If you can’t sleep when warm this may not be a good unit for you. We were thankful to have a kitchen to make some of our own meals so we weren’t eating out constantly. It had everything we needed for basic prep. The bathroom is smaller, especially the shower but it was hot water with great pressure. The check in process was very thorough as the entry to the unit does have a few security features that are not normal (key for public elevator). Thankful everything was explained clearly to us. Owner also checked in mid way to ensure we were enjoying our stay. I would stay here again the value for the location was worth it!
