As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is NOT air conditioned, however there are fans in every room and screen doors on the lanai to help with airflow.
This is a ground-floor unit with no stairs, and is suitable for people with mobility issues and young children.
Although this home has internet, the speed and reliability cannot be guaranteed due to the remote location and the service being provided by a third-party.
Note: host requires all guests, whether they book directly or via a third party website, to complete a rental agreement within 3 days of booking.

Reservations cancelled 31-60 days prior to your contracted check-in date will be assessed a 50% cancellation penalty. For reservations cancelled 30 or fewer days prior to arrival, no refund will be made except for the cleaning fee. Any unused portions of the contracted reservation dates are non-refundable. Any interruption of services within the property, or inclement weather during your stay, will not serve to void or cancel the rental agreement.

"Wonderful
The condo was great! Clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Great area too - can walk to the shuttle stop for Ha'ena park, food trucks a few minutes walk away. Short drive to grocery and Hanalei. We would happily return.
Just a note, we paid for late checkout but had cleaners come twice before we had left on checkout day. Just a miscommunication and not a big deal, but fyi it could happen. "

"Lovely ground floor apartment with garden access
We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment! Being on the ground floor was a huge plus — we had direct access to the garden, and our child was so happy watching the geese and roosters that often came by. The apartment itself is beautiful, with fresh renovations and everything very comfortable.
At first, we were a bit worried about the lack of air conditioning, but the ceiling fans and the extra portable fan worked perfectly and kept us comfortable. The balcony was amazing — we had breakfast there every morning and it was the perfect spot to relax.
The kitchen was very well equipped — there were plenty of dishes, utensils, and everything we needed to cook comfortably. It really had everything we could ask for.
Overall, the place gave us so much peace and relaxation. We absolutely loved our stay and would be happy to return again!"

"Very comfortable stay, great location.
The place was well equipped for our needs, clean, comfortable, and a beautiful location. Unfortunately it gets warm at night and it has no AC. I had to keep the windows open(which I don’t mind) except that with the large rooster population I got woken up multiple times during the night. It could use AC units in the bedrooms to minimize this."

"Beautifully appointed unit 10A in Princeville!
Description, location and listed amenities were on point! The unit was easy to find and the instructions were clear. Enjoyed the beautiful, clean, new unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths which are perfect for a family of 4. No AC but there were adequate fans and the well designed windows kept the unit breezy. We loved having breakfast on the lanai! Beach chairs and beach towels are a plus too! Stay here- it’s almost perfect! "
