We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are not pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Rental Agents Office.

Guests who have purchased Travel Insurance must contact Rental Agent up to 24 hours prior to check in to cancel or reschedule the reservation. Upon cancellation the full mount received less the travel insurance, non-refundable reservation fee and applicable taxes will be refunded. Reservations with travel insurance are non-refundable 24 hours prior to check in or thereafter.

CHANGE OF PLANS OR RESCHEDULING: Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Visitor Reviews (4) Write a Review! "Family Vacation We stayed at the Treehouse Swim Cabin for 8 nights, and the cabin did not disappoint. Our 3 year old daughter loved all the games, the swim spa, and running around on the deck. The amenities and decor are truly what made the cabin. The cabin is located in Wears Valley which is a quaint little town with much to offer. It was a very short drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, as well. The cabin itself is located very near a rehabilitation facility, however, there were no issues with this. And had we not known what it was from Google, we wouldn't have known at all. As far as cleanliness, when entering the cabin it was spotless. It was much cleaner than most of the other cabins we have stayed at. We did mop the floors a couple of days in as we noticed the floor wasn't as clean as we thought. However, that was the only spot that wasn't quite up to our standards and could have used extra attention by housekeeping. The cabin had all of the dining and cooking items we needed. There were no spices, condiments, etc. at the cabin as we noticed at the older cabins we stayed at. This was no problem as we went to the store and bought everything we needed for our stay. Regarding the pool, it was so nice to use! The alarm on the door to go out to the pool was very loud and somewhat of a pain, however, we understand why they put it up. The jets were a little finicky on the swim spa and would go into what we called turbo mode and go kind of whacky. All in all, it was a good laugh and overall very nice to be able to use. Pool towels were also provided which was an added bonus. There were some maintenance issues that we noticed, however, when we called regarding one of the issues it was tended to within a few hours. Overall, this cabin was a dream to stay at regardless of the few negatives and we would definitely stay again. Everything was like new and we wished we never had to leave. The decor was nicely done, beds were comfortable, big bathrooms, and nice views! The jacuzzi its HUGE fits at least 8+, the drive to get the cabin is very steep but easy to drive by. About 20 to 30 minutes to the island or Gatlinburg. Would definitely come back to this beautiful cabin! It is right on the edge of the park, super quiet, with 2 nice sized decks and a large hot tub. We were just a family of 3, but the cabin could easily accommodate 2 families with kids. The beds are so comfortable, with plenty of pillows and blankets for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked. Our daughter loved the games in the basement and asked if we can go back every year. It is a bit of a drive into Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge but that was exactly what we were looking for.
