We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items. This cabin is professionally managed by in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Rental Agents Office.

Guests who have purchased Travel Insurance must contact Rental Agent up to 24 hours prior to check in to cancel or reschedule the reservation. Upon cancellation the full mount received less the travel insurance, non-refundable reservation fee and applicable taxes will be refunded. Reservations with travel insurance are non-refundable 24 hours prior to check in or thereafter.

CHANGE OF PLANS OR RESCHEDULING: Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

The open concept living and dining space was comfortable, clean, and relaxing. The access to the driveway was a little difficult to maneuver at first, but we got used to it. There are only a few minor complaints. The hot tub water was a little dirty, the running water smelled like sulphur, and the upstairs closet was not accessible due to the placement of the tv. We were happy that we brought plenty of bottled water. The best part of this site is the breathtaking view of the landscape from the upstairs windows. We highly recommend this property. The drive in and out of the mountain wasn't bad, but would suggest brining a 4 Wheel drive vehicle during the winter months. Besides the house being great we had a major problem during our entire stay with an extraordinarily strong sewage smell coming from the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Maintenance came out four times to try and correct it; however, the smell continued to get worse and was unbelievably bad. I hope the problem gets fixed for anyone coming to stay in the future. I called them before we arrived and asked if we needed to pick up wood for the fire pit or if they provided wood. I was told we needed to pick up wood and most local stores in town sold it. So we purchased about $80 in wood. I asked if the grill needed charcoal and was told yes. So we picked up lighter fluid and charcoal. Well, the fire pit was gas and so was the grill on the porch. Not happy about wasting money. We had several issues. The fridge wasn’t working. Maintenance was supposed to come by but after waiting an hour, we took it upon ourselves to find the problem. The GFCI had been tripped . Here we are with about $425 in groceries and no cold fridge. Again, not happy. We let hearing a loud, annoying chirp. Searched the house for a long time. Called maintenance who showed up later and thought it was the pool alarm. He “ fixed” it. Nope. That wasn’t it. My husband found some things to stand on and check one of the smoke detectors. That was it! They hadn’t even wire it in completely so it was screaming at us for hours!!! He took the thing off and left it off so it would shut-up. The pool was supposed to be heated. It was at 65. Maintenance had to come fix that too. We were the second family to stay in this cabin. Whoever stayed begins screwed up the TV’s so bad. They had logged in using personal accounts and had them locked up; requiring their username and password in order to watch anything! Heat rises. The vents are about 6 inches from the ceiling so the bottom floor stays freezing. The middle floor never keeps a comfortable temperature and the top floor and main master bedroom are saunas. Just a poor build and bad design. There is NO parking space. We had 2 cars and it was tight. If you have a truck and maybe two SUV’s with you, it will not be pleasant.
