PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. The balance including taxes and any other applicable fees is due 90 days prior to your arrival date.
MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Great Kona Condo
This one bed/one bath condo has everything a couple needs for a great stay in Kona! Kitchen has all appliances you’ll need should you want to cook your meals and a dishwasher. New front loading washer and dryer. Good comfortable bed with quality linens and large closet to put everything away. Plenty of towels and even beach towels. The condo is very clean.
Some beach toys, chairs, and small coolers for those trips to one of the Big Island’s beautiful beaches. The complex has a nice pool and beautiful landscaping. It also has a perfect place to view the beautiful Kona sunsets!
This property manager is easy to work with and provides clear instructions for check in/out.
We will definitely consider this property should we get back to Hawaii Island."
