The Kona Makai complex is a beautifully maintained & highly sought after oceanfront complex located on famous Alii Drive, just 1.3 miles from Kona town. This wonderful complex features exquisitely manicured tropical grounds, ocean front pool and spa, sunny lounge area, two work out rooms, eating area w/ premium gas BBQ’s, tennis courts, ping pong table, ample parking, and is gated during the night for security.

Please note that the Kona Makai complex has painting and spalling work underway. Work schedules are provided by complex management on a weekly basis and are subject to change. It is not possible to plan ahead and guarantee whether or not construction would affect Building 1 during a specific timeframe. has no say or control over the construction schedules. During construction, access to units, A/C use, and/or other areas (such as lanais) may be affected. Noise and obstructed views are also to be expected during construction.
