Newly remodeled and designed for a couple or young family getaway this charming retreat is will be the perfect cabin to relax, recharge, be secluded and be close to all the exciting activities in the area, just a few short minutes to Downtown Gatlinburg. As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The cabin's interior is a harmonious mix of rustic charm and modern comfort with an upgraded kitchen, baths and bedding. The cabin is perfect for a romantic getaway and includes a bonus kids bunk room in case you want the kids to join you. Half our guests are just a couple the other half do bring the kids - and they all love it! (Insiders tip, the bunk beds are twin xl's and can fit an adult) An incredible location you are in a secluded area, yet 8 minutes to Downtown, Dollywood, Arts and Crafts, Major Grocery store and just 10 minutes to the National Park. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents. Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin. We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items. This cabin is professionally managed by in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Rental Agents Office.

Guests who have purchased Travel Insurance must contact Rental Agent up to 24 hours prior to check in to cancel or reschedule the reservation. Upon cancellation the full mount received less the travel insurance, non-refundable reservation fee and applicable taxes will be refunded. Reservations with travel insurance are non-refundable 24 hours prior to check in or thereafter.

CHANGE OF PLANS OR RESCHEDULING: Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

We had an issue opening the door with the code at arrival, but it turned out to be user error. Customer Service answered right away, and even offered to have someone come assist us if we needed it. Location is awesome and quiet, and convenient to downtown. Wonderful kitchen for breakfasts. All appliances were new and clean. We would absolutely stay here again! We really liked the labels and remotes. We enjoyed every level inside and outside of the cabin. We liked the comfort and availability of fluffy blankets throughout the cabin. We loved that HVACs were in main areas. This added to the comfort. I would like to recommend The Nut House placing a keypad upstairs. It was a little bit of an inconvenience from time to time since we preferred parking at the top. Also, we had to check to make sure that the refrigerator was completely closed. It would look like it was closed, but later we would find it wide open. Plus, if The Nut House would adjust the water pressure in the showers because they were too low. Other than a few minor inconveniences, overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend The Nut House to others.
