CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"A great place to relax and enjoy
The spot was great, very close to shops and the beach. The house had everything you could want and made it easy to cook and be at home. The beach supplies were great and the amenities like the gym and bbq at the pool were very useful.
One small complaint, not this places fault was that my rental car was backed into by someone overnight and they just left, no note, no nothing. "

"Colony Villas # 903 - Great place!
This condo was spotless upon arrival. All the linens were fresh,the kitchen was equipped with absolutely everything you would need to cook with including all types of small appliances as an air fryer that was great to have! We were so impressed with everything about this place! It was stocked with beach towels,boards,pool noodles,umbrellas for the beach,tennis raquets and so much more!The library of books, games and puzzles were also great!
It was clear the owner takes great pride in maintaining the property to a high standard of cleanliness. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to friends and family. The amentities , layout of the condo and location were We will definitely be back!"

"2 weeks in paradise
The location of the property was nice and the unit was clean. However, the couch was very uncomfortable and the blinds were broken. The management company was very informative and we would recommend the unit."

"WAIKOLOA COLONY
This unit was located in a very convenient location with grocery, coffee and shopping within 5 minutes. We enjoyed our stay but have a couple of recommendations. There need to be shower bars in the guest bath for safety. We texted about guest parking spaces since we had other friends staying in a different location. We were told there were spots indicated as Guest, but we walked the entire property and did not find one. Maybe the guest texting service needs to be updated according to each property. Other than that, the property was well stocked with all kinds of cooking utensils i.e. crock pot, toaster, several kinds of coffee makers, blender. We also think there needs to be directions on how to work the TV/Cable system. This was very challenging."

"Clean, new, and comfortable for family!
Family of 4 with toddler and 8 year old. The condo is freshly remodeled and clean. Loved all the furnishing and actually slept well (this is a first). Beds were great. The location is fabulous, super close to A-bay for calm swimming and hanging with the turtles. Lava Lava Beach club is on that beach for food. Hapuna beach 8 min away for boogie boarding and super soft sand. I would come back to this condo hands down! Well stocked."
