PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. The balance including taxes and any other applicable fees is due 90 days prior to your arrival date.
MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Amazing rental close to shopping AND they provided everything!
We loved staying at Kona Plaza! The unit was very clean, tidy and had everything you’d need for a fun family vacation! A full kitchen allowed us to shop and do our own cooking as needed. A beautiful screened in patio made eating outdoors a pleasant experience. We were also suprised to see accessories for the beach like snorkels and flippers available for our use as well. We also loved being so close to shopping and local restaurants. I would highly recommend staying in this unit! It was the best! They thought of everything! "

"Would Definitely Use Knutson Again!
We booked this unit for a witness we were brining in from Chicago. He kept missing flights, but Knutson was so helpful in allowing a constant request to extend. It worked out perfect! Unfortunately, we needed him to stay longer than the unit was available, but I was able to find another unit, in the same building, that Knutson manages - it's worked out PERFECT! They're responsive and the unit was BEAUTIFUL!! "

"A great place to stay!
We enjoyed our time at Kona Plaza. We were centrally located to almost everything we wanted to do. One of us was in a wheelchair and he was able to get right onto Alii and explore on his own. We found within walking distance a quilt store, thrift store, used book store, grocery store besides all the Hawaii things. Good food. Church outside hearing the waves. "

house keeping did a great job, but there should be coffee, sugar (individual packs so if not used not wasted) pot holders for oven use. Bedroom was hot just could not get it to cool down."
