Our beautifully furnished corner condo has spectacular views of the ocean making it the perfect place to whale watch (during season) and sip cocktails as you view the sun setting over the Pacific Ocean. Fully remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, cookware, glassware, and everything else you need to make gourmet meals to enjoy on the lanai or at the dining room table. The bedroom has a comfortable King bed. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for your use. A washer and dryer is also available in the unit for your convenience! AC and WiFi are included.
Papakea features 2 beautiful swimming pools, jetted spa, tennis/pickle ball courts, 2 ocean side cabanas, 2 putting greens, lush gardens, a 24 hour front desk service, poolside barbecues, shuffle board and ample parking. The lush landscaped grounds are immaculately maintained and adorned with various types of ginger, plumeria, ti leaf plants, monstera, and other tropical foliage. At dusk every evening the magical twinkling tiki lights are lit and reflect on the Koi ponds throughout the property.
Papakea Resort is walking distance to restaurants, a great grocery store, ATM, and a Farmers Market. It is a short drive to world class golfing, Whaler's Village, Ka’anapali beach, Airport Beach and phenomenal shopping and dining.
*Note: All guests must check-in at the front desk upon arrival. There is a $25.00 per day resort fee that includes access to the facilities and parking.

NO SMOKING IN CONDO OR LANAIS. The state of Hawaii has a strict no smoking ordinance. Smoking allowed only in designated areas. Fines and extra cleaning are strictly enforced.

CANCELLATIONS:
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded 100% damage/reservation deposit paid to Epic Realty LLC. If the reservation is during Peak Winter December through March and the week of a holiday, our policy requires ninety (90) days cancellation notice to receive 100% refund. This does not include any booking fees paid to an outside travel agency. In this case you will need to abide by their policies. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days or 90 days when applicable of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation, shortened stays or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately which we highly recommend. Nature and the lack of or the amount of sandy beach does not warrant a refund. We can not control nature or predict the weather or beach conditions. Our tropical environment is subject to pests. The resort complexes do regular treatments as does our management company. We ask guests to take care in cleaning up immediately after food items are used.

"Lovely stay
We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was spotless. We like using the BBQ's at Papakea and would have appreciated some non glass items to carry our foods to and from the grills and a non plastic tongs. We purchased tongs and left them in the unit. Maybe provide a cookie sheet? Perhaps a comfortable chair with a high back in the living room would be nice too."

We had a fabulous time staying in this condo. Everything was as described and better. The grounds are beautiful, and the condo itself had everything we could ask for, and very clean. The rental agency, Epic Realty was a great help anytime we had a question, they went out of their way to help. I highly recommend Epic, and this condo. We will be coming back!"
