We arrived late in the evening due to our flyght. It did take us a few minutes to find the place as it was hard to see the apartment number in the dark. The overall condition of the rental is fair. Some other fixtures had wear on them., The location for most of our desired activities were easy to access. The overall of the area was beautiful." Huge master bedroom with nice king size bed, and office area with desk. Lots of closet space with shelves and storage. I let them know they need to address improvements with mold issues on windowsills and inside some drapes. Hire a professional window cleaner and repair all screens. Needs replacement of dishwasher, sink and above countertop. Would stay again if they repair those things. Cannot beat the location and lots of windows brings in lots of sunshine. 2nd level corner unit offers extra windows with views! Did not appreciate the extra fee VRBO adds on which did not offer this customer anything of value. But did love this condo that can sleep 6. Wouldn’t stay there again however. Given there is no AC, the window flaps are constantly open, and there is mold behind the curtains and various hanging hard surfaces indoors. Not sure if the window screens were completely sealed-Woke up to a few flying insects landing on me. In all, felt like I was camping. However it did have a great view of the mtns and ocean.
