Please note: The Rookery is not located directly on the beach. Public beach access is just 0.4 miles down Cortez Street — an easy walk or a quick drive, with convenient beachside parking available.
What You Should Bring
Each rental includes a starter set of essentials for your first night, which provides:
1 roll of paper towels
1 small bottle of dish soap
1 dishwasher packet
1 trash can liner
Extended Stay Winter Guests – Ask us about our special monthly winter rates for snowbirds and long-term stays
House Rules
Rental Agreement: Sent via DocuSign and must be signed by the Primary Renter before check-in instructions are released.
Check-Out: Guests are responsible for following check-out procedures and leaving the property in reasonable condition.
No Smoking or Vaping Indoors – outdoor areas only.
No Pets – No Exceptions.
No Parties or Events – only registered guests are permitted on the property.
Primary Renter: Must be 25+ years old, remain present during the stay, and is responsible for the group.
Damage Waiver: A one-time $95 fee is included, eliminating the need for a traditional security deposit.
If you arrive and find anything less than expected, please notify us immediately. Our Aqua Vacations Guest Ambassador will gladly resolve the issue to ensure your stay is comfortable.
