THE SPACE
The main living area blends mountain warmth with a polished, modern feel, creating a comfortable place to gather after a day exploring Big Bear. The home offers generous indoor and outdoor living space, with two decks and an expansive backyard that is well suited for relaxing, playing, and enjoying the mountain setting throughout the year.

The fully equipped kitchen features a gas oven, ample workspace, and a Keurig coffee maker for easy mornings and relaxed meals at the cabin. The open layout keeps the kitchen connected to the main living and entertaining spaces.

One of the home's standout features is the saloon-style game room. A large pass-through window opens directly to the deck and creates an indoor-outdoor bar top, while the room itself features a pool table, 75-inch TV, Murphy bed, and half bathroom.

Outside, unwind in the private hot tub, gather around the propane fire pit, enjoy the propane BBQ, or spend time in the spacious backyard. During snowy conditions, the small slope in the yard can also provide a fun space for winter play.

GOOD TO KNOW

Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome for $35 per dog, per night, with a maximum of 2 dogs. Please keep pets off furniture and beds, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. No cats, please.

Baby Equipment
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for a delivery and pickup fee. Please arrange in advance.

All homes come with cozy blankets, fresh towels & linens. Our dedicated cleaning crew has prepared this vacation home for your arrival & will clean upon your departure.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with basic cookware, dishes, utensils, and a standard coffee maker making it enjoyable to prepare meals during your stay. Food and pantry staples are not supplied.

What we provide
Basic essentials for the kitchen, linens, towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.
