Pets Not Allowed PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. The balance including taxes and any other applicable fees is due 90 days prior to your arrival date. MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"a few suggestions..
Unite was decorated nicely with wide view of ocean. Two bathrooms greatly appreciated.
No elevator violates ADA rules, so yo must be healthy and strong to arrive at unit with several flights of stairs.
Patio sun shades are not working, jets for hot tub not working, leather coaster in humid weather do not work.
Bar chairs are not comfortable for bare feet, closet door guides are painful to bare feet (add tape to mark?)
Would be nice to have a source of music. Please mark TV controllers by room bc they were in wrong place and we didn't know the problem
Please supply bug spray for indoors, a serrated knife, and more ice trays.
We were celebrating our anniversary so champagne flutes would be nice.
Received a 6 am text in response to a question three days before.
No lock box with door key so we used the code for entry. "

"Oceanfront Paradise
This was a perfect experience in Kona! Host was very communicative, check-in and out was so easy, the property was clean and well stocked with essentials. Parking included with the stay and this unit was probably the best location on the property. Direct access to the waterfront from the back door and right next to the pool. It was quiet, peaceful and immaculately maintained. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone. Walking distance to tons of shopping and restaurants and if you need to drive to and from the property, it was easy as well without traffic or congestion. Don’t overlook this gem."

"Perfect location in Kona
The first thing you will say is "WOW" when you enter the property. The picture is accurate. This is a great one-bedroom condo right next to the pool and 10 steps from the ocean. You are right in the middle of the best part of The Big Island. Kona is magical. We watched whales, Porpoises, buggie boarders and surfers from our porch. The place looks newly remodeled and is equipped with everything you will need. Took our son with us and he said the fold out couch was very comfortable. Parking was ample too.
There were a couple minor maintenance issues which I'm sure they will address (ice maker seemed frozen up). The pool area outdoor grills were out of service, but they had brought in temporary grills (not sure what the plan is there). Communication with the management company was good.
We would definitely rent this unit again. "

"Great spot on the ocean
Enjoyed our stay watching the surfers and cruise ships from your doorstep aka lanai, liked being handy to the pool. would suggest a small lunch cooler for beach trips and better fan with a light on the lanai with a simpler switch system (ie) a pull chain. "
