MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

I walk to Island Vintage coffee every morning and get hot lunch or breakfast at queens market. The property is well kept and felt like we were at a resort. The property itself is clean ans spacious for our family of 5 (kids are 8, 10, & 15 yrs. old). Well equipped and clean. Complete with beach chairs, mat, cooler, etc. I would definitely recommend this property and would go back!" Quiet property, relaxing pool and beautiful grounds. This was our first time renting through Knutson and Associates and our first stay in this particular unit. They are by far one of the best companies we’ve rented through. They have very thorough check in instructions and are extremely easy to get communicate with. Simple questions were answered quickly via text and they even followed up to make sure any issues were resolved. We’ve rented a lot in the past on the BI and other islands and I’m very impressed with their communication. The unit itself was well stocked with everything we needed for our 9 day stay.
