Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Great Well Equipped Condo
This place has everything you need and more. Family of 5 stayed here for 2 months. We had everything we needed for our stay and the property management team was very responsive to any small things that came up.
It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We ate at home most days to save money.
The place comes with 2 parking spots that are right in front of the unit.
The unit was very quite and didn't hear neighbors and no neighbors hear us as best we could tell. "

"Fabulous stay!
We just finished a month long stay at Kona Sea Ridge with our family of 7! This home was perfect for our group and had plenty of room to spread out. We really loved watching sunsets on the patio (or walking to Honyl Beach just a short walk away). The kitchen amenities were top of the line and make eating at home really easy. Costco is a 10 minute drive away (and the cheapest gas on the island by far) and Instacart delivers from Safeway, just a 5 minute drive away as well. We made use of the gym and pool everyday. This home was the perfect launching point to exploring the whole island! We appreciated the beach chairs and our kids loved the boogie boards! It seems like they thought of everything. Comfortable beds and plenty of extra linens and towels. We would 100% stay here again!
One final note - our red eye flight home was cancelled late at night and the team was so gracious in allowing us to extend our stay for a late check out at no additional cost! "
