All cancelations must be writing. Every effort is made to re-rent the property to minimize your loss. If the property does not re-rent, NO REFUND of any kind will be issued. If the property is re-rented for the original rental period and the original rental rate, Tenant shall receive a refund of all monies paid less an 18% cancelation fee (based on total reservation). Refunds are payable to the Tenant within 30 days after the subsequent re-rent payment has cleared accounts. We highly recommend the purchase of Vacation Travel Insurance.

This unit is on the beach but there is not a view of the beach from condo - not even a small one. I am happy that I rented beach items from Shorebreak Outfitters - well worth the money. Be sure to pay close attention to the packing list that is sent to you - you will need all of those items and then some. Sandbridge Island Restaurant has great pizza and the market that is attached to it is great for items you forgot at the grocery store. The souvenir store across the street has a nice selection of items. Give serious thought to stopping at the grocery store on your way to the condo.
