We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Rental Agents Office.

Guests who have purchased Travel Insurance must contact Rental Agent up to 24 hours prior to check in to cancel or reschedule the reservation. Upon cancellation the full mount received less the travel insurance, non-refundable reservation fee and applicable taxes will be refunded. Reservations with travel insurance are non-refundable 24 hours prior to check in or thereafter.

CHANGE OF PLANS OR RESCHEDULING: Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

This rental did not disappoint and has so much to offer. We only had five people, but this rental can accommodate quite a few more people than that. One of the bedroom remotes was missing when we got there so I sent a text to the leasing company. They responded right away and offered to have someone bring us one. We ended up not needing the remotes though, because we spent most of our time at the cabin in the game room. So many fun things for everyone to do in there. The only complaint about the game room is that the pinball machine was constantly getting the balls stuck. Having a full size fridge and sink in the game room was a nice bonus. The whole place seemed to be fairly recently redone. Kitchen appliances were newer, everything was roomy and we just had a great time! Secluded wooded backyard was nice. Traffic on road out front is more that what we are used to, so there was some traffic noise, but not bad.
