MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

Nice pool and hot tub along with a very large covered barbecue area with several grills, sinks and tables. There is a pool table as well. The beach is right across the street and is beautiful with clear blue water and sea turtles. Love the accommodations and will be going back again next year. Our group fully enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna and pool table recreation in common area, as well as the beach chairs and boogie board surprise assets at the condo. We did not use outdoor kitchen but plenty others did. Though you can just view a small slice of the ocean from lanai, you are so close you can hear occasional lifeguard PA announcements, which were very infrequent and kind of set the whole scene. The “magic” was not on our side during our stay, so the White Sand Beach was more of slippery rock entry, at your own risk, which we did and all went well. But that was the only bummer. Super great central location for driving to other beaches. 1 mile away is Kahalu’u Beach Park, which has fantastic snorkeling and view of sea turtles. Easy enough to get to Kona historical sites, beaches, snorkeling, surfing, canoeing, and boating opportunities, including manta ray experience, and restaurants, all within 30 minutes drive. Kohala up north or southern tip will take longer but that is the Big Island. Lots to do and see, so have your swimsuit, snorkel, taste buds and of course wallets at the ready. As with any Hawaiian island, do some prep reading on culture, historical and water safety before going, and leave with the ALOHA spirit. It’s nice that’s there’s at least one Resturant with in walking distance. Wasn’t to happy about grumpy old ppl who live there. They gave the young ppl dirty looks ��! I had a 3 year old with me that is sometimes in pull-ups still. They didn’t want her in the pool ��. Ok. Something that was annoying was when I message to ask if there’s more trash bags , toilet paper , paper towels..... the response I got was we include a starter pack. Not once did I get offered to have more. So we ended up buying our own. Hopefully management leaves that there for the next customer. Our condo was nicely appointed, easy to find, and we enjoyed coffee on the lanai every morning and drinks in the later afternoon at the pool. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen. The property is well maintained and the owner/manager provided excellent communication and customer service to any questions we had. I definitely recommend this entire property and would definitely stay here again. My husband went scuba diving 8 of the 11 days we were there and we did drive to Waimea one day, and toured coffee farms another day. This is our 3rd year in a row to stay in Kona and we're planning on coming back next year as well - my husband likes the night deep water dives and the manta ray night dives. Much of this condo is renovated ie.new paint, flooring, lighting, some new kitchen appliances and new furniture.There is everything you need for an enjoyable beach vacation with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and floating aids.The salt water pool and hot tub are fabulous.The condo is centrally located within an easy walk to beaches perfect for swimming, snorkeling, body surfing, sunbathing and sunset watching. We really had an excellent vacation in paradise. My only suggestion is for more than just a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels be provided.Otherwise, the supplies were plentiful.
