Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Family Vacation
This property was amazing. The neighbors (live there) were so friendly and sweet. We had 6 of us total and the house had more than enough space. One thing I did wish I knew before hand is that only one vehicle can park on the property and the only other parking is side of the road outside of the condo complex, but we did always find a parking spot for the second vehicle so it wasn't a big deal. Overall, the property was wonderful to stay at and we would 100% book it again for our next trip to Kona. "

"January Kona Coast Vacation
Lovely, clean, well appointed, and provisioned condo unit. We appreciated the welcome packages and made use of the water, snacks, and several other items during our stay. Views from the lanai were beautiful and sunsets were spectacular. Air conditioning and fans were more than adequate to main a comfortable temperature. Beds were comfortable although the guest bedroom mattress is fairly firm and may not be to everyone’s liking. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for basic meal preparation. Coffee maker worked well and there were plenty of the correct filters for the machine provided. And we appreciated the small bag of delicious ground coffee provided in the welcome packages which was enough to get us through the first morning! I would highly recommend creating a community cabinet or shelf with basic items like cooking oil, salt & pepper, brown sugar, baking powder, spices, etc., that could be shared with guests, as it is a common practice with many rentals and it can be an inconvenience and unexpected expense to purchase all of those basic amenities upon arrival. Guests typically add to the provisions over time and it becomes a very useful resource. The guidebooks and restaurant recommendations were comprehensive and helpful. The grounds, facilities, parking lot, pool, and hot tub were all well maintained. Parking was easy and convenient. It did take us a while to find the deeded space because the spaces are not numbered sequentially and the space is not located directly in front of the building where the unit is located. A map with the space highlighted would be very helpful. In summary, we were very happy with the rental, the arrival and check-in process, the communication with Knutson, and with on-site management. We would highly recommend it to others. "

"Family Vacation
This property worked out great for our family. Beautiful location with wonderful views, in a very quiet location. Everything was well maintained and our girls spent a bit of time at the pool. The lanai was spacious and we spent quite a bit of time out there. The loft with the spiral staircase was unique allowing for three separate bedroom spaces, each with their own bathrooms. Not only would we recommend this rental but would utilize it again in the future. Keauhou shopping center is close with everything from coffee, to grocery/drug stores, shops, restaurants, and a farmers market on Saturdays."
