MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Nice property and great location
The unit was as pictured. Everything was clean except for the floor. I can't tolerate having black feet, so was forced to wear flip-flops inside. Otherwise, the unit was peaceful and the lanai was relaxing. Downside was all the communication that includes warnings of several $100 fines if you do this or that. And also a warning that if you check-in at any time prior to 4pm, you will be charged. All of this is very off-putting. If the unit is ready, why not allow getting in sooner? We travel often and stay in vacation rentals. This is the only time we've experienced this. Most owners are happy to allow early entry, if possible. Why not send a text when the unit is ready. Even hotels allow early entry when available."

"Great location
This was a very clean and well appointed unit right in the heart of Kona. You can walk everywhere. Management was very attentive. Took a shower to find that the hair dryer had gone missing. Texted them. They delivered a brand new one the next day. (Very much appreciated!)
I did let them know that I think the mattress is in need of replacement, which is why I gave 4 stars for general condition. They were receptive to this feedback and said they would pass that on to the owner."

Had a little trouble finding the place after that all good. Location central to all Kona and the water. Room was terrific. 1 bedroom and full living room and kitchen. Parking and security good as well. Was there for State Sr. softball tournament and also made good use of washer dryer in the unit. Would stay again and or recommend to anyone looking for great place to stay"

"Great Island Hop spot to Stay
This rental was in a excellent location. It was just the perfect size for our family to relax as we enjoyed exploring the island. The AC was pur favorite part especially since Kona can be especially hot. The only small downside out of our whole experience is that the floors were very dirty. We are a local family who always takes our shoes off before entering a home. So having to wear our shoes in the living space was very odd for us. Overall it was just the right size for us and we would stay here again for our little island hop vacations."
