This charge is automatically added to your bill if booking After 5/1/2025. If you would prefer to not have AC please inform a written request to have this amenity and charge removed from your bill.
You'll have an impressive 1300 interior square feet to enjoy with an additional 290 square foot lanai.. This is the largest floor plan in the complex due to the corner location, you'll have an additional 110 square feet than the other units.
The Location: This Corner unit is right next to one of the 3 pools/hot tubs at Country Club Villas. Don't worry about a long walk, very close by for enjoyment! This development is very quiet, so you don't need to worry about excessive noise, as that's not tolerated at CCV.
The Kitchen is fully equipped & remodeled with granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy Bar Seating at the Kitchen too!
2 bedrooms and 2 remodeled bathrooms on the mail level and the spacious loft with two sleeping areas serves as the 3rd bedroom!

Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Lovely condo in a quiet setting!
This condo was perfect for 4 adults and 4 teenagers! The beds are comfortable and the condo has everything a family would need. It is extremely quiet and fun to watch golfers from the spacious lanai. It is nice to have plentiful parking. We would definitely rent again. The property maganement is excellent."

This was the perfect condo for our family of 6 in the perfect location. This condo was exactly as described and then some. Very clean and inviting. Loved having the loft area for our teenage boys. The extra parking spot was a bonus as we had two vehicles. Will try to book this location again on our next visit. "

"5-19Nov2024 Stay at Country Club Villas #326
Overall, this was a very enjoyable place to stay. There was a minor issue with the lanai sliding door being difficult to move but a call to the property manager resulted in a very quick response to someone arriving to make it easier. There are 3 parking spaces assigned to this even though only 2 were mentioned (we only needed 2). Because we were looking at a different CC Villa unit (that only had 1 parking) we had to go with this. It caused some confusion because unit #326 charges extra for AC where the other did not (mildly disappointing). AC is needed being an upper unit. We had 7 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 infant and we all enjoyed the stay!"

Knutson and associates provided great customer service. The condo was exactly as described , althought the bay and beach access was not really a place you would want to hang out The unit was extremely clean. The kitchen well stocked and toiletries provided The only suggestion I have is to provide beach towels. "

"GrEAT PLACE
We really enjoy this condo. We have 7 people in our family 4 adult and 3 teenagers. There was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, pot and pans. The Lanai was fantastic. You can watch the sunset right from the Lanai very night. It was a quiet location. You can see the pool right from you window. The Owner was very responsive with any needs we had. Would 100% stay here again. "
