Welcome to our brand-new vacation rental home. We have a 2 bedroom 2 bath end unit at the Waikoloa Colony Villas located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Once you enter the villa, you will be in our great room with brand new furniture, large flat screen tv, one-of-a-kind dining bench table and brand-new kitchen with brand new appliances. On the main floor is a very private guest bedroom and full bathroom. Guest bedroom has a queen size bed. Next to full bathroom is a large laundry closet with a washer and dryer for your use. Off of the kitchen is your lanai with seating for 4 to relax and enjoy the sunsets. Go upstairs to your private master suite with a large walk in closet and large bathroom. The master suite has a cal-king bed (BRAND NEW BOX SPRING INSTALLED) and a large flat screen tv. Brand-new air-conditioning system just installed. Reserved parking spot is located right by the front door. You are just a short walk to 1 of 2 pools that the Waikoloa Colony Villas has. FREE WIFI, FREE PARKING and beach gear is included in this rental. Minimum 5-night stay.
Colony Villas at Waikoloa Beach Resort has two beautiful pool and barbecue areas, air-conditioned gym with separate cardio and weight rooms, tennis court & basketball.
Kohala Coast Properties has partnered with ResortPass so you can spend the day at the resort of your choice. Go on line to see participating resorts, day pass to pools, spa day passes, Luau tickets and ocean activities adventures passes. A discount code will be provided in your welcome letter.

Pets Not Allowed You must sign this Agreement and make your required payment within 24 hours to avoid cancellation. Once your signed agreement and your deposit or full rental fee are received, a confirmation will be issued to you. If you do not receive a confirmation this does not void this agreement. If your required payment is a deposit, the balance of your full payment is due 60 days prior to the commencement date of your rental period. By authorizing a deposit payment via credit card, you are also authorizing the same credit card to be charged for the balance of the total charges 60 days prior to the check in date of your rental period. This additional authorization shall be exactly as though you have presented the card number for payment at the time the balance becomes due. If you book your rental less than 60 days in advance of your stay, we will charge your full payment immediately by credit card. If the card will not process, you will be liable for the remaining balance due and authorize us to charge your credit card account on file, exactly as though you have presented the card number for payment at that time, until your outstanding balance is satisfied. Once we receive your payment in full, as a courtesy we will send you, by e-mail, a confirmation notice to confirm receipt of payment. CANCELLATION POLICY 61+ DAYS IS A $150 ADMINISTRATION FEE AND 60 DAYS and less is a full forfeiture unless property is rented during the time period. WHILE PROPERTY MANAGER MAY CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION FOR FAILURE TO PROVIDE FULL PAYMENT BY THE REQUIRED DATE, Any Customer who refuses to use services contracted for forfeits any and all collected money, except the Customer's security deposit and cleaning fee (if applicable). The security deposit and pre-paid cleaning fee are not part of the initial deposit to hold the rental. The security deposit and pre-paid cleaning fee (if applicable) are included in the balance payment, therefore, the initial deposit will be forfeited if you refuse to fulfill your scheduled stay after confirmation of booking. Collected money is non-refundable after 60 days of arrival. Under no circumstances shall Customer be able to determine if a rental unit is unfit for habitation. If you as Customer forfeit your right to services contracted for, and Property Manager is able to re-book the property at the same rate, you will be issued a pro-rata refund for those dates re-booked. All refunds of rental service payments, whether complete or pro-rata, will be subject to a deduction equal to as much as 15% of deposit(s) paid. Customer shall give Property Manager, twenty four (24) hours to clean the rental that you might deem dirty upon check in. Customer also gives Property Manager, twenty four (24) hours to address any allegations that bugs or pests are in the rental. Ultimately, in order for you to claim the premises are unacceptable due to issues of cleanliness or bug/pest infestation, you must obtain a third-party opinion letter within forty eight (48) hours of arrival, (from a professional not staying in the rental that has physically witnessed the issue) to corroborate any allegations of poor quality services or accommodations. Please be further advised that Property Manager is not responsible for construction or neighbor noise, as these are risks that are inherent when renting a vacation rental. We are unable to control these factors, and this agreement shall remain in full force and effect regardless of these issues. There shall be no cancellation for construction noise or for neighbor issues of any kind. To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, we recommend that customers purchase travel insurance to assure refund of deposits paid. As a valued Customer, we want to do everything possible to make your trip is enjoyable and worry free. Since the unforeseen and unexpected can occur before you leave or when you are away from home, we recommend (but do not require) CSA's Guest Cancellation Insurance Plan. For more information please visit Any changes made after booking shall be wholly at Property Manager's discretion. There is no "reasonable" change of accommodation that this agreement requires Property Manager to make. If Customer complains about the condition of the rental, the amount of Security Deposit being withheld and or service they received from the Property Manager and or Property Manager's employees or contractors, KPC will work in good faith to help Property Manager and Customer reach a mutually acceptable resolution.. Any CHANGES made to a booking after a confirmation has been issued will be assessed a $150.00 service fee. Acceptance of any change is subject to approval by the Property Manager of the rental.
*Full Forfeiture: Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued to the extent of the dollar value the unit(s) is re-rented during the same dates as the cancelled reservation. No refunds will be made for late check-ins; early check-outs, no-shows or for booked but unused services. Refunds will be made only under the following circumstances: 1.) The property rented becomes unfit for habitation and no acceptable substitute can be found; or, 2.) The property is sold by Owner, and no acceptable substitution is agreed upon, or, Kohala Coast Properties, Inc. strongly recommends the purchase of trip interruption/trip cancelation insurance to help protect against financial losses if trip delay or cancelation is necessitated by certain kinds of unforeseen circumstances.

"Great spot!
This was our second time staying in this condo. Love the space and where it’s located! Clean, stocked with supplies, and close to shops and the beach. Only issue was the master bedroom’s box spring is very creaky. My husband slept on the couch because you can’t move around without the bed making a loud sound. Easy fix to make this place practically perfect. Property manage is awesome too. Very helpful and quick to respond. "

"Amazing location in Waikoloa Beach!
The condo was lovely, very clean, well stocked and right across from the pool. Short walk to many beaches and the resorts for dinner or sunsets. Parking was right out the front door, no issues with access or gate entrance. The property manager was very responsive and helpful and we truly enjoyed our vacation there. We explored the entire island and this was a great home base to come back to and relax! Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful Home in Paradise
Our family loved this wonderful home in Waikoloa! In addition to being located in a picturesque area, it was close to many beaches (A-Bay, Hapuna, Black Sand Beach and Beach 69. Many wonderful restaurants near by with Lava Lava Beach Club being our favorite. The food is great and its location right on the beach and evening sunsets can’t be beat. The home is immaculate and includes everything you need for a pleasant stay. We enjoyed having the pool close by and other amenities. Truly a wonderful place to stay!"
