The gourmet kitchen is just off the living area offering beautiful granite countertops with plenty of space for the family cook and get creative! If the property is re-rented for the original rental period and the original rental rate, Tenant shall receive a refund of all monies paid less an 18% cancelation fee (based on total reservation). The bedroom setup was not what my confirmation stated = it did have the correct number of beds BUT the setup was not how my reservation stated. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and bathrooms. The towels and blankets are adequate. The facility's pools are not very big, and the nicest pool was closed on the last day, and they close early every day 8pm and don't open up until 10am. I am sure this place was really nice at 1 time but the pool swim up bar/restaurant is closed and there is no drink/food allowed in the pool areas. The location is remote (15 minutes minimum drive) from any entertainment or activities. The parking is very small (especially if you have a family SUV) and my family and I will NOT be considering the place again. The unit was centrally located to the beach and pool so we were able to move around quickly. We didn't use the locker storage as it was a bit further away from the parking spot.
