Welcome to A Sandbridge Retreat, the perfect family getaway! Our spacious 1600 sq ft open-plan condo comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests
Each room includes WiFi, TVs, and a cable package for your entertainment. Start your day with coffee on our large private balcony, offering beautiful views of the beach and bay. The open layout connects the dining area and family room, leading to a spacious kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It's fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and serving sets for all your meal preparation needs.
For outdoor fun, enjoy our two open courtyards with BBQ grills, or take a dip in any of our three pools, including an oceanfront cabana pool. You can also stay active at our two fitness centers. Of course, the beautiful Sandbridge beach is always open for your enjoyment! Nature enthusiasts will love exploring the Back Bay Wildlife Refuge or the many trails in the Virginia Beach area.

PLEASE NOTE: This condominium does all work during the off season.
Condominium amenities and grounds are managed, maintained, and scheduled for opening and closing by the local condo management association.
Homes are furnished and decorated to the individual Owner's taste.

All cancelations must be writing. Every effort is made to re-rent the property to minimize your loss. If the property does not re-rent, NO REFUND of any kind will be issued. If the property is re-rented for the original rental period and the original rental rate, Tenant shall receive a refund of all monies paid less an 18% cancelation fee (based on total reservation). Refunds are payable to the Tenant within 30 days after the subsequent re-rent payment has cleared accounts. We highly recommend the purchase of Vacation Travel Insurance.

"Dirty - definitely not a “let’s do this again”
The condo was dirty and had an awful smell. We found a pair of underwear in one of our beds - which makes you question whether they changed the beds before you got there. The floor had sand and crumbs when we first entered so they apparently didn’t scrub after they say they vacuumed or swepted. We found a spoon in the garbage disposal which wasn’t allowing the food to be disposed of properly and was causing an odor. The master toilet wouldn’t flush, we had to fix it. The master sink had water and sand left in it. Dishes were put away dirty!!! The balcony was filthy - looks like they haven’t swepted it since they built it, the chairs were filthy, the walls were filthy, the lights were filthy. You could contact property management but only when they were in the office - they said they would come and fix the problems but all of our belongings were in there which meant we would have to be present when they came - who wants to hang around on their vacation to have problems fixed that should have been taken care of before we arrived!!!"

"Perfect Beach Getaway!
Sandbridge Retreat was such a treat! This unit and condominium were perfect for my family. My two younger kids loved the bunk beds, and my teenage son loved the gym. This condominium is right on the beach which made everything so much easier. There were 3 pools, and the cabana bar a Mexican restaurant being right there was so convenient. The unit was clean, and the management company was very attentive. The check in procedure was smooth and Ocean Sands communication and professionalism was great. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the wonderful experience!"
