The second floor features a pool and hot tub deck. This floor also includes a queen bedroom with a private oceanfront deck and a full bathroom, which connects to another bedroom with two twin beds. The second queen bedroom offers private access to the pool deck and the living area. This room has a connected bathroom that provides private access from both the queen bedroom and the kids’ room with bunk beds.
Upstairs to the third floor, you'll find beautiful vaulted ceilings and wall panels of windows displaying a stunning view of Sandbridge Beach. This floor also includes one of the spacious kitchens, dining areas, and a family room, along with a half bathroom just off the dining area. The third floor also features two queen bedrooms that share a full bathroom with a bedroom containing two twin beds, and an additional queen bedroom with a private ocean deck.

All cancelations must be writing. Every effort is made to re-rent the property to minimize your loss. If the property does not re-rent, NO REFUND of any kind will be issued. If the property is re-rented for the original rental period and the original rental rate, Tenant shall receive a refund of all monies paid less an 18% cancelation fee (based on total reservation). Refunds are payable to the Tenant within 30 days after the subsequent re-rent payment has cleared accounts. We highly recommend the purchase of Vacation Travel Insurance.

"Great Location but Not Well Maintained or Updated
Overall great location and the house has a great view of the ocean. Good amount of bedrooms and bathrooms but all bathrooms are tiny and outdated. We had issues with multiple toilets not flushing and constantly running - had to call maintenance multiple times. Most of the TVs in the house did not work. Several light bulbs were out upon our arrival. Main level AC worked well but the top floor AC only cooled at night, during the day it would not get below 76 deg, some days 78 deg. There was a small freezer on top of the main level refrigerator that was not cleaned out and stunk of old seafood. We had to remove it from the house ourselves - I had asked maintenance to take care of it on my first call about the toilets and they didn't address it. It was nice having a pool, but it is tiny! It was also only usable for a few days of our week visit as it turned green on day 2. Had to call maintenance and they did send the pool people out, but it took 3 days after their service for it to clear up."

"A very nice place
The location is great and the interior design is wonderful. The large windows opening to the sea are fabulous. But the house should receive some maintenance work. Kitchen appliances should be renovated, as well as the bathrooms. Humidity stains are all over.
But it is still a gorgeous place!

"Beautiful beach
This house has beautiful views from both floors. It has plenty of beds and baths. I feel the house needs some updating the bathroom faucets and appliances all need replaced. It’s a bare bones house. The kitchen is small and needs reorganized. But please know that ocean sands realty was wonderful they responded right away to any problems or questions! "

"Disappointing
Property was lacking in cleanliness and overall look. Needs paint, bathroom doors don’t shut all the way, and bed bugs were found and hitchhiked home with us. Hot tub was not cleaned as promised. Uncomfortable furniture, this place was disappointing for the amount of money paid."

"Anthem of the Sea - perfect for families with small children
This is our second time in this property. Almost didn't recognize it, driving in, because of all the renovations (no longer teal green siding). Our family loved this place even more this year. We came after the pool was opened. Between that and the hot tub, we all enjoyed the experience playing with the kids after they tired of the long days at the beach. The beach front is perfect, BTW. The house is perfectly set up for families with small children. 4 bedrooms on bottom floor have connecting bathrooms. Queen bedrooms facing the ocean and the other two facing the street are great for kids. The pool table was much enjoyed by the guys and the foosball table drew the kids (ages 4-7) back time and time again. The second (top) floor is also well-laid-out with four bedrooms. We loved having our meals together in that dining room/bar/great room. Then watching TV, talking, reading when the kids went to bed. Beautiful sunrises every morning and caught the moonrise a couple of nights. Kitchen well-equipped. We always get the amazing fresh doughnuts from Sandbridge Market (go after the sunrise, they get gone fast). We also love the seafood restaurant attached to the market. Two regular experiences of Sandbridge we take advantage of on every visit. Management attentive to our needs although we didn't have any. Thanks to the owners and managers of this property. We will be back next year."
