All cancelations must be writing. Every effort is made to re-rent the property to minimize your loss. If the property does not re-rent, NO REFUND of any kind will be issued. If the property is re-rented for the original rental period and the original rental rate, Tenant shall receive a refund of all monies paid less an 18% cancelation fee (based on total reservation). The extremely convenient location on a corner lot by public beach access made it feel like beachfront property. The view of the ocean from the screened porch was an excellent place to have my morning coffee. The house was a good size for my family. My only complaint was the inadequate available space for groceries;every cabinet was filled with dishes and cups/glassware. We made it work as it's not our first visit to a beach house. The communication from the realtor was also top notch. Will definitely rent again. There was a surprising nice little view of the ocean from the screened porch- where we spent almost all of our time when we were not on the beach. Beds were comfy and kitchen fully stocked. Clean when we arrived. Plenty of linens and towels. Appreciated the extra fans. Only one issue was the laundry room and outdoor shower had so many large spiders.
