All cancelations must be writing. Every effort is made to re-rent the property to minimize your loss. If the property does not re-rent, NO REFUND of any kind will be issued. If the property is re-rented for the original rental period and the original rental rate, Tenant shall receive a refund of all monies paid less an 18% cancelation fee (based on total reservation). Stand up shower floor was old, black/mold and could not use. Toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker was covered with grease. No storage for dry foods. Too many decorations on shelves, etc. Front porch was dirty, screen ripped so bugs came in. Grill was filthy. Overall, nice place and will return next year!" The beds were comfortable. The downstairs outdoor shower was handy for washing off sandy grandchildren. The nearby beach was not crowded in mid August, but there were enough families around for our young ones to make friends and build sandcastles. We would gladly return to this spot." My only complaint was the inadequate available space for groceries;every cabinet was filled with dishes and cups/glassware. We made it work as it's not our first visit to a beach house. The communication from the realtor was also top notch. Will definitely rent again. Clean when we arrived. Plenty of linens and towels. Appreciated the extra fans. Only one issue was the laundry room and outdoor shower had so many large spiders. It was obvious efforts were taken to spruce it up a bit and they were cute and appreciated. The beds are not King size as the listing stated. All and all our group had a great visit."
