If the property is re-rented for the original rental period and the original rental rate, Tenant shall receive a refund of all monies paid less an 18% cancelation fee (based on total reservation). We enjoyed our time there but probably won’t return and will rent a house with a pool nearby for the price that they are asking for next year. I would not return only due to the price. The first night we went for Mexican at Jose Tequilas. Then the second night we had delicious seafood dinners and got to listen to live music at the Baja. We had to leave two days early because we couldn't stand it anymore.
