The Downstairs King primary suite with sweeping ocean views and deck access with a private ensuite bathroom and TV. Bunkroom has one twin bunk set and a separate twin with a pull out twin and a private ensuite. Queen bedroom has easy access to hallway bathroom. The penthouse King suite occupies the entire top floor with a private beachfront balcony offering to-die-for panoramic ocean views. The luxurious master bath features a granite vanity, tile flooring, glass front shower, and separate jetted tub.
Bed sizes: 1K, 1K, 1Q, 1 Twin bunk set, 1T bed w/ Twin trundle. Access to the storage unit in parking garage for guest convenience. Parking for TWO vehicles in the security monitored parking garage The Sanctuary at False Cape Condo complex amenities include: one numbered assigned parking space per condo and one additional unassigned space in the parking garage. Additional off street parking available if needed. A very large hot tub available in the off season. Condominium amenities and grounds are managed, maintained, and scheduled for opening and closing by the local condo management association.

"Mermaids Lookout
We were very happy with our stay in this oceanfront penthouse condo. It was very clean when we arrived and the property management group was very good with answering any questions and addressing any needs you may have. The location was fantastic, not crowded at all. The amenities were great, the pools were clean and Jose Tequilas is a great place to eat any time of day. Highly recommend this location "

"Sandbridge 2024
Spiders & Webs all over exterior of Buildings. We were not able to use any of the Balconies which is where we like to spend time in the mornings. Location (5) Several of the Unit's Bathrooms had mildew on the Shower Liners. Some Air Vents also have mildew buildup. Floors were dirty. Outside Bar/Pool was closed and we were told it would not open for the remainder of the summer. On-site restaurant was convenient & food was Good. Jordan was very nice to work with @ the Property Management office."

"Sandbridge July 2024
Disappointing!! Stayed in same resort last year and previous penthouse unit was spotless. This unit was very unkept. Carpets were dirty, and stained; previous tenant’s stinky wet towels found in master closet; caked toothpaste in the medicine cabinet from prior tenants); porch furniture covered in splattered bird poop and spider webs (never wiped off); living room sliding door screens filthy and covered with dead bugs...needed to scrub so we could see out! Living room wall had dead bugs smashed into wall, so obviously not wiped down. In addition to the poor upkeep, storage unit keys did not work and no resolution or follow up from realty about this. Unable to store all beach equipment for the entire week-very inconvenient. Paying the price for a penthouse unit, we expected more. I called the realty company upon finding the mentioned shortcomings and was offered a “cleaning” after we had already performed it and there was no need for it. I asked for the owners information to inform them of the issues, as well as safety issues concerning the high tub/shower with no safety grab bars and had someone fall. We were also disappointed that the main attraction/amenity to the condominium, the pool bar, was closed due to HOA. Then this should have been mentioned as it remains advertised on the website. I am normally not one to complain, but this fell short of all expectations. In addition, there was a kitchen cabinet with handle falling off, and quarter round at sliding door that was loose and a tripping hazard. I had hope we would have been offered something to offset our issues, but nothing. As a back-back year returning customer, I feel you lacked in customer service. "

"A week at the beach
This was our second trip to Sandbridge and also our second stay at the Sanctuary property. If you are looking for quiet and quaint, this is the place to be. We were originally booked for another unit but due to a flood of that unit we were upgraded to this one! This unit has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. The master suite located on the upper floor was massive! The views from the 3 patios were amazing. The best part is being lulled to sleep at night by the crashing of the waves. The Mexican restaurant on site and the raw bar on the island are great for a meal out! We stayed in September after the summer rush. The patios had a lot of spider webbing on them, it would have been nice if it were power sprayed before we checked in. Our unit did smell a little musty, but it was nothing that Febreze spray didn't fix. The upstairs master shower had water temp and pressure issues and the air-conditioning thermostat wasn't acting right. The maintenance team came out within 24 hours and fixed everything. Overall it was an excellent stay."

"Great Location
Nice place, but the overall place could use a deep cleaning. They could also benefit from cleaning the patios and common areas better as they were dirty and a lot of spiders/webs everywhere. This really prevented us from enjoying the balconies that the condo had. "
