All cancelations must be writing. Every effort is made to re-rent the property to minimize your loss. If the property does not re-rent, NO REFUND of any kind will be issued. If the property is re-rented for the original rental period and the original rental rate, Tenant shall receive a refund of all monies paid less an 18% cancelation fee (based on total reservation). Refunds are payable to the Tenant within 30 days after the subsequent re-rent payment has cleared accounts. We highly recommend the purchase of Vacation Travel Insurance.

The 4-bedroom condo was excellent. It was beautifully furnished and well equipped. My hat is off to the owner. The issue I wasn't happy with was the spider issue inside the condo. This was our first time coming to Virigina Beach. For 25 years we were going to Myrtle Beach SC as a family and never had any spider or bug issues. "

The 4 br 4 bath balcony ocean front unit at The Sanctuary ,via VRBO, hosted by Ocean Sands Realty(excellent responsive ) was just what our 3 generation family hoped for. Step right out of the private property straight onto the widest beach around. The property has two pools, one ocean front, the other larger and more kid friendly is fun. Well tended pool. This unit is very attractive. Beds comfy. I wish my kitchen had all the utensils of this one. Absolutely no spices -even no salt pepper. Be sure to include that at your town shopping Bring detergent. Only one set of towels (bath,hand,face)per person for the stay no matter how long your are bookedKey pick up/drop was simple. Staff is so helpful. The. Maybe about 9 miles west to the Atlantic. "

"Summer 2024
Our rental was very nice - we had a total of 7 people stay and overall a good experience. Very spacious rooms and fit our needs. A few items that weren't stellar - The refrigerator desperately needs replaced - it is non-functional - we had meat in the tray defrosting and it spoiled because the lower drawers in the fridge weren't keeping items cool enough. The front was pretty disgusting with stains that wouldn't come clean. The ice maker was useless. The table must be re-finished or replaced as it looks grimy but wouldn't come clean.
We had requested extra towels as we only received 6 sets and no one from the realty replied to our message, so we needed to buy a set at Walmart for our use. We did text the realty company about the refrigerator and someone did take a look/try to clean it, but it wouldn't come clean. Those were just a few negatives, but overall we had a wonderful week! Thank you. We are already booking for next summer :)"

This was by far one of the best trips I have had in a long time. The unit was clean and updated. The property management company made the process easy and exciting. The unit was spacious and had beautiful decor. The condominium was right on the beach and had 3 pools. There were two restaurants within walking distance. Everything about our stay was pleasant and we can't wait to come back."
