The pools are open from May through September. Dates may vary based on local weather.
Enjoy access to a storage unit in the parking garage for your convenience. Bring your beach toys and chairs. You are welcome to use any toys, chairs, or beach equipment found in the unit; however, we do have a local rental company on our website under "things to do" for any beach equipment needs.
Parking notes: There is parking for two vehicles in the parking garage under building B. Please park one vehicle in the assigned parking space. The second vehicle may be parked in any unmarked space. Please ensure permits are always displayed; otherwise, towing or booting may be enforced at your expense.

If the property is re-rented for the original rental period and the original rental rate, Tenant shall receive a refund of all monies paid less an 18% cancelation fee (based on total reservation). "Not good- needs some love and TLC
The sanctuary condo complex is wonderful and I have worked with Ocean Sands Realty in the past and they have been wonderful. This condo is tired... All of the furniture is well worn and/or uncomfortable. The carpets are very old and do not feel clean. The baseboards were covered in dust and dirt. The kids “clean” sheets on the bed were sandy ... and the bed was fully made. The dishes were covered in grease even if they were cleaned and the dishwasher smelled bad. I sent this message to the realty company and nothing was resolved. For the price point I would recommend looking at a different unit. Fortunately, we had a great time at the beach, but unfortunately, this condo unit needs some love."

Great communication and quick response time. Large space. Great location. Bedding and towels are clean but the furniture is very bitten up. Would benefit from new pillows, toilet accessories, outdoor furniture on the balcony etc. Both dishwasher and stove are very old and worn out. "

"A Weeks Stay at Chillaxin
The condo was lovely. One of our key cards did not work, so we had to request another one. Our number code to enter the condo didn't work, so we had to use the cleaning staff code. No biggie. Elevator in parking garage closest to the ocean was broken on and off all week. There was another elevator very close to our condo that is not marked in the garage that there is an elevator there. We got the map, but being newbies to the complex, guess we should have been more in tune to our surroundings and known that that elevator was there. But it should be marked in the garage that there was an elevator through that door. Thought it was a utility closet or something."

"Cleanliness and child safety
I was given a map of the establishment. Unfortunately we had a very hard time finding our side of the building. The map was marked with a letter A/B,but no were on the outside of the garage did it have a letter. So we went around in a circle 3x,until we found a groundskeeper to help us out. We weren't the only ones that had that problem that day. When we finally found the condo and opened the door,I was very disappointed on how bad the cleaning crew left that condo. The kitchen floor had dried up food and the countertops felt Sandy. The floors weren't swept or mapped. The one bathroom in front of the washer and dryer had dry urine on the bottom base of the toilet. There was no safety plugs on any of the outlets. We had my 23 month old grandson with us and had to be telling him not to touch the outlets. It took my husband and I 1.5 hours to clean it the right way. My husband did all the vacuuming while I did all the sweeping mopping and cleaning both bathrooms and the kitchen. The location was great peaceful and the pool area was always kept very clean as well as their bathrooms outside. Access to the beach area was amazing. I understand finding people to work is hard but that not an excuse. It makes the owners of the property look bad."

"Mixed reviews...
We really liked the unit, though next time we would choose one facing out - and ideally the ocean. Everything was comfortable and nice. The rental and check in process were smooth - staff was great.
Unfortunately, the unit was filthy when we arrived. We actually cleaned for 45 minutes prior to feeling comfortable unpacking. This was disappointing given the price.
I would recommend improvements in the cleaning process, as well as a doormat at the front door and on the deck. These would be significant boosts to the property and experience.
Sandbridge was lovely, and my family loved the complex's amenities and proximity to the fishing pier! "

"Chillaxin was perfect!
This unit was so awesome! The decor felt like an island getaway and the upkeep was exceptional. The unit was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. The pictures accurately reflected the status of the unit as well. The kids loved the bunk beds and the pool, and my wife and I loved being right on the beach. The rental company was so kind and professional. They got back to us promptly throughout the entire check in/ departure process and assisted throughout our stay. Thank you, Ocean Sands, for providing such a wonderful experience for my family to make memories. We will be back! "

"Relaxin at Chillaxin
The condo was clean and very roomy for the 4 of us. I would definitely recommend this place and area for a family vacation and go back. A couple things I recommend for this unit is grab bars in the shower as tub is high, frying pan and a spray cleaner. Also internet is very spotty. Overall thought it was great!"

"Great Condo, Beautiful Beach
Our rental experience was great from start to finish. The unit is exactly as pictured, clean, and well-stocked. The real star of the show is Ocean Sands Realty who runs the rental. A real person - almost always Jordan! - picks up the phone every time you have a question. They even brought us a welcome present! We had a great stay. The unit was quiet. The beach was beautiful. We didn't use the pools since it was off-season but enjoyed the gyms. "
