Welcome to Lazy Daze! The perfect beach house for you to kick off your shoes and relax. This stunning beach house includes quartz countertops throughout the home and bamboo hardwood floors. Near the fenced front space of the house is a children’s swing, slide, playhouse, and a hammock located under the cherry tree! Beautiful views offered from the back deck, Tiki bar, and salt water in-ground pool. Poolside furniture, umbrellas and grilling station to fulfill your relaxing vacation. Treat yourself to a scenic bike ride with one of the bikes offered at the house! Head to the entry floor primary bedroom where you will find a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower, plus a King bed a separate room with a twin over full bunk bed.. Private access to the pool area is offered from this same room! Heading up to the main level, you’ll find the gorgeous sunroom which makes for a perfect and quiet relaxation spot. 3 Queen Bedrooms on this floor as well, one includes a Twin Bed with Trundle. The 3rd level includes two additional Queen Bedrooms and an extensive library between the two. There is a dock offered for your convenience with a boat ramp available for fishing, jet skis, canoes, and kayaks! If the property is re-rented for the original rental period and the original rental rate, Tenant shall receive a refund of all monies paid less an 18% cancelation fee (based on total reservation). Jul 14, 2024 - , Pittsburgh, PA "Beautiful home, great location! We stayed with two other families (12 of us total). There was plenty of room, with three levels of living space. The home is beautiful on a nice quiet street. Amazing, spacious pool area with lots of seats for our whole crew. The garage was FULL of all sorts of fun stuff, including bikes for all of the kids (big kids). This was key, as the walk to the beach is not close. If we didn’t have the bikes it would have been a struggle. But we made it work! The enclosed deck off the kitchen was perfect for many nights of card playing. We would absolutely stay here again! One of the only downsides is that you don’t actually see the sunset on the water from the house. That was a bit of a disappointment (but would not stop us from returning!)" This had to be our best stay ever, even though we had 4 days of rain. The house is so big that we never felt like we were jammed up in it. The house has lots of games and there was entertainment for all 10 of us. The pool was fantastic and our grandkids spent many an hour in it. We were absolutely impressed with the service and help provided to us by Ocean Sands. The beautiful flowers and gift card made our 54th Anniversary a very special one. Actually, the flowers made it back to our home in Woodbridge and lasted another 10 days. Thanks so much for doing this and we are already looking forward to June of 2024 when we come to stay again." The only complaint was it would have been nice to have a bathroom on the third floor, however, it worked out well still. Kitchen fully stocked, pool very clean and nice, location on waterway was super relaxing and quiet, walking distance to beach, front yard gated and was a very nice area for young kids to play with no worries!
