This exquisite 1880 square foot condo is beautifully furnished and includes an oversized private lanai with spectacular OCEAN and SUNSET VIEWS! It is the perfect place to relax, dine, sip cocktails, watch the whales breach and spout (during the winter months), and enjoy the sites and sounds of the Pacific Ocean.
Sands of Kahana 315 has been beautifully remodeled with new tile, kitchen cabinets, new granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, and stainless-steel appliances. This spacious, air-conditioned condo has an open floor plan with full window exposure to the ocean all along the front of the condo! The condo features Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms and there is a washer and dryer available for your use. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed and looks directly out to the ocean. The second bedroom has two equally comfortable queen beds with a spectacular view. A sleeper sofa is provided in the living room making this condo ideal to accommodate up to 8 guests. Beach towels and a cooler are provided in the unit

CANCELLATIONS:
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded 100% damage/reservation deposit paid to Epic Realty LLC. If the reservation is during Peak Winter December through March and the week of a holiday, our policy requires ninety (90) days cancellation notice to receive 100% refund. This does not include any booking fees paid to an outside travel agency. In this case you will need to abide by their policies. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days or 90 days when applicable of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation, shortened stays or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately which we highly recommend. Nature and the lack of or the amount of sandy beach does not warrant a refund. We can not control nature or predict the weather or beach conditions. Our tropical environment is subject to pests. The resort complexes do regular treatments as does our management company. We ask guests to take care in cleaning up immediately after food items are used.

The resort and the Unit are better than the gorgeous pictures can even do justice for. This unit is like being over the ocean. The sound of the waves coming in, looking out the window and seeing nothing but beautiful ocean. Dining on the lanai while enjoying a spectacular view of the sunset.
The unit is extremely spacious, clean and has everything you need and more for a fabulous stay. The Resort itself is clean, well kept and right on a beautiful beach that we enjoyed our days on. We loved our stay so much we cannot wait for the next time. Thanks Epic for the truly Epic stay!! "

"Family vacation
We had a great time in Maui. We had a total of 15 people (this unit and a 3 br unit) with 8 adults and 7 children and everyone had plenty to do at the Sands of Kahana between the kiddy pool (for the littlest ones), the big pool, the beach and the water itself. We rented kayaks and paddleboards and we should have done that right away instead of waiting half way through the week. The unit itself was excellent except that one toilet kept running until you turned off the valve between flushes. It was well equipped and decorated nicely and had a magnificent view."

"Amazing
I've been to Hawaii numerous times and this location has been the best. There is even more room then the pictures show. Every morning I had coffee with an ocean view and listening to the crashing waves. My family of seven stayed and it never felt like we were on top of each other. I don't think I will ever be able to go back and not stay right on the ocean."

"Whale Watcher in Paradise
This is a beautiful condo in a perfect location for whale watching. We saw them all day long while relaxing on the lanai. The rental company was even thoughtful enough to supply binoculars in the rental. The unit itself is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The staff at Epic was excellent with assistance and their website recommendations for local places to eat was excellent. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to doing it again."

"A Beautiful Escape
Our stay at Sands of Kahana was nothing short of comfort and luxury. It was perfectly accommodating for my parents, myself, husband and our 6 year old son.
We spent so much time whale watching right off the Lanai, the beach and pool. The beach was never super busy, it seemed so private in front of the condos.
The pool and poolside restaurant were amazing. Could not get my son to leave the pool. The community at Sands of Kahana seemed so friendly.
The grounds and common areas are kept perfectly manicured and clean.
We had a slight issue of missing blinds in one of the bathrooms. This was addressed and handled in such a fabulous and swift manner. I was totally impressed.
Epic Realty LLC and every person I spoke with before and along the trip were extremely helpful and friendly. I would return here to this unit specifically over and over again!"

"Great Stay at Sands of Kahana 315
One of the best unit locations in Kahana. This corner unit provides great views of Lanai, Molokai and tons of whales in season. Unit was very clean and well maintained. Grounds grills are kept in immaculate condition. Two new pickleball courts are a plus. Staff at Epic was very friendly and helpful. Furnishings are superb. You will not be disappointed staying here. These pictures are exactly what you will find. One of the few condos we would return to. "

"Ideal vacation home!
This property was amazing! Just as we hoped it would be from the pictures, it was difficult to get our girls to want to leave! It doesn't get much better than watching the sunset on the deck with a glass of wine and seeing turtles popping their heads up in the sea! The management was very responsive when we had an issue on the weekend as well. The condo was clean and well-appointed with kitchen supplies and useful beach items. The only minor issue was the hallway outside the door of the condo was very tired looking and occasionally smelled of urine."
