Pets Not Allowed CANCELLATIONS:
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded 100% damage/reservation deposit paid to Epic Realty LLC. If the reservation is during Peak Winter December through March and the week of a holiday, our policy requires ninety (90) days cancellation notice to receive 100% refund. This does not include any booking fees paid to an outside travel agency. In this case you will need to abide by their policies. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days or 90 days when applicable of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation, shortened stays or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately which we highly recommend. Nature and the lack of or the amount of sandy beach does not warrant a refund. We can not control nature or predict the weather or beach conditions. Our tropical environment is subject to pests. The resort complexes do regular treatments as does our management company. We ask guests to take care in cleaning up immediately after food items are used.

"Terrific property
The property was terrific and the view put it over the top. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do and nicely updated. My only complaint is that AC is listed as “central” but it’s only in the bedrooms upstairs meaning that wasn’t accurate. The downstairs has no air conditioning. With that said opening the doors so the breezes can blow through the unit make it very pleasant. In the heat of the afternoon it can get a little uncomfortable though because the sun sets toward the back porch. Other than that I highly recommend the property. "

"Family vacation for six and 78th birthday celebration.
Our rental was everything promised. Ocean view was spectacular. Had a great BBG & to our surprise the rental came with 4 very nice beach chairs & 2 large coolers, which we used. After exploring the kitchen we found all we needed to prepare & serve two large family dinners which we enjoyed at the large table. The Pool was great. Easy & ample parking right outside our front door. Very quiet area. Great shopping close by. Will go back for sure. Loved this place. "

Beautiful accommodations, we had some issues with the air conditioning up stairs for most of our stay, EPIC reality was very responsive to getting things fixed with both air conditioners. "

"Girls week in Maui
We were very pleased with the rental, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the sunset views from the deck off the main living area. Location was very good for us and it was quiet in the neighborhood. It was a good value for the cost, we’d stay here again. "
