CANCELLATIONS:

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded 100% damage/reservation deposit paid to Epic Realty LLC. If the reservation is during Peak Winter December through March and the week of a holiday, our policy requires ninety (90) days cancellation notice to receive 100% refund. This does not include any booking fees paid to an outside travel agency. In this case you will need to abide by their policies. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days or 90 days when applicable of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation, shortened stays or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately which we highly recommend. Nature and the lack of or the amount of sandy beach does not warrant a refund.  We can not control nature or predict the weather or beach conditions. Our tropical environment is subject to pests.  The resort complexes do regular treatments as does our management company. We ask guests to take care in cleaning up immediately after food items are used.

It is close to Lahaina for convenience, but just far enough away to not be so busy. The beach was wonderful and we spent a lot of time swimming, snorkeling, and playing in the sand. The view from the balconies was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed watching whales in the morning, and often saw sea turtles as well! Our kids enjoyed the pool as well. We appreciated the beach chairs, coolers, and many other things in the condo that helped us enjoy the beach and ocean. The condo was just as pictured. It was clean and comfortable. There is no air conditioning, which was an adjustment for us because we are not used to the heat and humidity. But there were many fans and overall it wasn’t a problem. The location was great . Just down the street from Lahaina. The view and sound of the ocean was a bonus! The beds were super comfortable. Nice having our breakfasts on the patio. Had all of the amenities for a great stay . Even had some some coffee and pancake mix for us when we arrived . There is no air conditioning though. The fans did a pretty good job. The only negatives I have are : The skillet needs to be replaced ( propped it up to use ), the shower head in the front shower beat the heck out of my skin ,black out curtains in main bedroom need to be replaced . A few other things but, not worth mentioning. Although there are beach towels , you will need your own chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear etc. The rooms all have TV’s. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with cooking needs ( except that pan). That is all for now . Had a great vacation.
