Pets Not Allowed CANCELLATIONS:
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded 100% damage/reservation deposit paid to Epic Realty LLC. If the reservation is during Peak Winter December through March and the week of a holiday, our policy requires ninety (90) days cancellation notice to receive 100% refund. This does not include any booking fees paid to an outside travel agency. In this case you will need to abide by their policies. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days or 90 days when applicable of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation, shortened stays or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately which we highly recommend. Nature and the lack of or the amount of sandy beach does not warrant a refund. We can not control nature or predict the weather or beach conditions. Our tropical environment is subject to pests. The resort complexes do regular treatments as does our management company. We ask guests to take care in cleaning up immediately after food items are used.

"Property Good and Clean. No AC
It is very hot and warm unless we leave all windows open with patio doors open all day and night. We had to use the ceiling fans and the extra provided fans to move air. Provided entry code didnt work, and had to call someone. It took 20 mins for someone to call back but she was able to assist and reset the code remotely."

"Beautiful place
We absolutely loved this place! Everything was so beautifui inside, lots of upgrades. This place had everything you needed, the kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of sleeping space and it’s rare to find a place with 2 bathrooms, which this place had. It felt so comfortable inside, we wanted to move in :) great location and easy to get to a lot of places. Also, their communication was great, Dayna was seriously so very helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this place and we for sure will be back in the furtive. #mauistrong "

"Ocean View
Loved this property, had a great ocean view, and a section of a private beach. Condo very well stocked and clean. The only things I was not crazy about was the construction work on the bridge right next door that started very early in the morning and no air conditioning in the condo, turns out didn't really need the AC but there was time it would have been nice. Also because we had to leave all the windows open because there is no AC the construction noise was a bit loud."

"Beautiful Condo But Had Some Issues
The condo was absolutely beautiful, and the only thing that would have made it perfect would be if the owners invested a few thousand dollars in some mini split air conditioning units. There was a wonderful breeze, but the condo did get too warm in the afternoons with the sun shining through the open glass doors. We would have slept better with cooler air, also. Another issue is that when we were given the key pad code before arrival, the little detail of punching in a # sign after the number wasn't shared with us, and it took us awhile to figure that out. It's aggravating to fly 9 hours and then drive an hour from the airport and not be able to get into your condo. Another thing was that our condo was not owned by the same company as the other condos, and we were invited by another guest to a luau they were having, but when we asked in the office about it, we were told our condo was owned by another company and that we were not welcome to the luau (which we crashed anyway). And it wasn't a real luau, just a get-together for drinks and pineapple. We really enjoyed our stay, but we couldn't recommend our particular condo because it has no a/c."
