CANCELLATIONS:
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded 100% damage/reservation deposit paid to Epic Realty LLC. If the reservation is during Peak Winter December through March and the week of a holiday, our policy requires ninety (90) days cancellation notice to receive 100% refund. This does not include any booking fees paid to an outside travel agency. In this case you will need to abide by their policies. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days or 90 days when applicable of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation, shortened stays or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately which we highly recommend. Nature and the lack of or the amount of sandy beach does not warrant a refund. We can not control nature or predict the weather or beach conditions. Our tropical environment is subject to pests. The resort complexes do regular treatments as does our management company. We ask guests to take care in cleaning up immediately after food items are used.

"Perfect place to relax
Our original unit was unit was still under construction, Dayna with Epic called us before we arrived and already had this unit arranged for our 10 day stay. This was an upgrade, and the pictures do not it justice. Waking up to a view of the bay and cliffs from the bed was incredible. Walkout on the grass for great views of Molokai and sunsets.
Cannot say enough good things about how Epic Realty treated us."

"Room With a View
The view from the upstairs bedroom was amazing! We enjoyed our stay and the unit was well stocked with amenities. The downstairs view to the water is a bit limited, but I knew that the photos.
A couple of issues, maybe they were in the listing, but I don’t recall reading the only access to the unit was walking down stairs. The only way back to the parking lot was walking back up those stairs. Difficult to do with luggage. Would also be difficult for elderly and handicapped people.
There was a request to ensure the AC was never set to lower than 74 degrees. I KNOWI did not read that in the listing. We are Texas folks and like our air cool at night.
The lighting walking up to unit at night very dark, we even turned on the porch light but still dark. The keypad to enter the unit is not backlit so one of us would have to use the flashlight on our phone.
Overall nice unit, just a couple of callouts for those that read reviews. "

This was nice, just not what I expected when it comes to the experience that I was getting this through a company and not an individual person. Because of that, the experience wasn’t as personal as I would have liked. I even received real estate emails from the company. There was a pre printed note about items that were left for us noting a beach tote however there was no beach tote. The place was very clean. The windows in the master room could use some cleaning (end windows) on the outside so the view can be enjoyed. Overall this was a nice place. "

The unit is in a quite location along Kapalua Bay, close to some of Maui's most beautiful beaches (within walking distance if you're up for a short hike). The views from the living room and upstairs bedroom were outstanding. The place itself was clean and fully equipped. Bring your own beach equipment. Highly recommended. "
