CANCELLATIONS:

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded 100% damage/reservation deposit paid to Epic Realty LLC. If the reservation is during Peak Winter December through March and the week of a holiday, our policy requires ninety (90) days cancellation notice to receive 100% refund. This does not include any booking fees paid to an outside travel agency. In this case you will need to abide by their policies. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days or 90 days when applicable of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation, shortened stays or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately which we highly recommend. Nature and the lack of or the amount of sandy beach does not warrant a refund.  We can not control nature or predict the weather or beach conditions. Our tropical environment is subject to pests.  The resort complexes do regular treatments as does our management company. We ask guests to take care in cleaning up immediately after food items are used.

We watched whales from the patio and walked the trail daily. While Kapalua is quieter than other areas, there was plenty to do and did not disappoint. The sound of waves hitting the rocks can lull you to sleep if you opt for the sleeper couch. The unit is within good walking distance to the swimming pool and a 10 minute walk to Kapalua Bay. Our only recommendation for this unit is they find a way to cool the bathroom. The multiple window/skylights allows for the hot sun to heat the room and the AC and ceiling fan doesn’t cool it down.
